Identify Information That Could be Included and Develop Format/Content Design
A CoP should begin with some basic information to be included as part of information storage functions of the CoP. Experience has shown that initial information to be included should be that which potential members recognize as important to their daily lives. This encourages participation.
Expand content in other areas as user interest develops over time.
