2003 Knowledge Fair is a Success!
USAID presented the 2nd Annual Knowledge Fair - an open house showcasing the Agency's Development knowledge assets and activities. Our knowledge for development strategies and plans were presented along with a marketplace of current programs and tools for sharing knowledge. Attendants learned more about Agency-wide tools and services for learning, creating and sharing Development knowledge.
The Knowledge for Development / Knowledge Sharing sub-committee of the USAID Business Transformation Executive Committee sponsored the event. Agency executives, industry leaders, USAID staff and partners participated in the keynote presentations, panel discussions and exhibits.
Expanding Knowledge Awareness and Interest
 The
primary purpose of the Fair was to expand the awareness and
interest among USAID employees and partners of:
- USAID's current knowledge assets and activities, and
- USAID's Knowledge for Development plans and strategies
USAID thanks the participants and attendees of this great event! The Fair is growing every year, and we look forward to an even bigger event next year!
